Leadership is local.
And it begins with you.
The Jewish Leadership Project (JLP) mobilizes and supports a national network of Jews and allies to confront rising antisemitism and defend America from the forces seeking to undermine it. We transform concerns into actions, train, empower, and unite everyday people and grassroots organizations to lead with courage, clarity, and purpose where the legacy Jewish organizations failed and left our communities vulnerable.
The Problem:
Antisemitism is growing in every corner of American life – on campuses, in schools, in the streets, and even in public institutions. Too often, traditional Jewish organizations remain silent or ineffective, leaving our communities vulnerable.
But antisemitism is the first phase of a bigger assault on America and Western values.
The forces behind the assault are determined, well-financed, and coordinated on a global scale.
Your Federation didn’t show up when your child was harassed.
Your rabbi told you not to make waves.
But you knew it was antisemitism.
You’re not crazy — you’re just not supported.
That’s why JLP exists: to build fearless Jewish leadership that defends our people and America’s future.
Our Principles:
The Jewish Leadership Project (JLP) mobilizes Jews and allies to confront rising antisemitism and defend America itself from the forces seeking to undermine it.
We don’t wait for failed institutions.
We train, empower, and unite everyday people to lead with courage, clarity, and purpose.

Our Approach:
In a fragmented world, JLP brings the Jewish community together, enabling individuals and organizations to focus on the issues that matter most. By connecting local teams of grassroots volunteers with experts and partner organizations , we equip the volunteers with knowledge and resources to ensure that action is effective, strategic, and coordinated. Meanwhile, we amplify our work through articles, social media, educational programs, and consulting, spreading best practices and insights to leaders and communities nationwide.
JLP combines on-the-ground action with strategic communication to protect Jews and America’s values. We have a six-step battle plan to achieve our vision:
1. Expose antisemitic lies and highlight the atrocities they conceal.
2. Clarify that the fight against antisemitism as a fight for America’s survival.
3. Empower Jewish communities through grassroots organizing, civic engagement, and legal action.
4. Forge alliances with all Americans who share a commitment to Western liberal values.
5. Develop new leadership unafraid to speak truth and act decisively.
6. Seize the digital battlefield with unapologetic, assertive messaging.
Is your rabbi preaching politics more than parsha?
Holocaust education without Jews? You’re not imagining it.
Sick of being told to stay quiet?
Good. That means you’re ready to lead.
It’s time to answer the call.
Leadership isn’t national – it’s personal.
And it begins with YOU.
